DEMONSTRATION — a fictional sample school and sample numbers, so any school can test the tracking before joining. Nothing on this page is a live count.
The Muster — Test Track

Pull a test. Watch the counting work.

This is the school's view of The Muster's tracking, running on sample data: one fictional school, four teams, six weeks of a sample season. Enter any sample team code below and the page pulls that team's record — both registers, the dollars moving week by week, and its standing — exactly the way the live book will.

The sample school

Sample High School — Anytown, Wisconsin (fictional)

Four teams, seventeen students, one sponsor. Sample season: the pilot window's shape, April 5 – May 14, 2027, with invented numbers. In the live program, a school's page is private to its three seats; the public sees school totals and standings. This demonstration opens the school's view on purpose, so you can test it.

The live register — enlistments and active members. It moves daily and is always labeled provisional.
The certified register — members still active at day 90, all five tests passed. Grants are paid on this register alone. The two registers are never added together.

Standing

Sample data — demonstration only. Grant accrual is 50¢ of every attributed dollar, per the published split. The school's certified grant accrual of $578.00 divides evenly among its 17 certified participating students: $34.00 each — the same share for first place and last, paid to their colleges or trade schools. In a real season these figures would trace to receipts on the school's open-book page.

Enter a sample team code

In the live program, a team's code is the sponsor's scoreboard key — it travels inside the team's links and is printed on no public page. These four sample codes are published here on purpose, for the test. Type one, or tap one:

How corrections look

The book corrects itself in the open

If a figure is ever wrong, the correction prints as a dated line — the original struck through, never deleted. A sample, from this demonstration's data:

Correction — May 21, 2027 (demonstration). Current Crew enlistments first rendered as 123; corrected to 121. Reason, in plain words: two enrollments were matched to a single payment instrument at review and count once, to the earliest code.

What the sponsor sees in the live program

Everything on this page for their own school — plus counts per personal code: a row per code, identified by the code only, so the even split can be computed per student. The sponsor holds the one list that matches a code to a student, inside the school's own systems.

What the organization never sees

A student's name, email, photo, or school record — at any point, in any system. The ledger has no field for it. When the season certifies, the sponsor certifies a roster of codes and a count; the dollar reaches the named student through the institution, matched from the key the school alone holds.
